He is skilled in driving omni-channel campaign revenue growth through a best practice approach to data instrumentation and platform enablement across marketing and advertising technologies.

Chris has over 25 years experience in customer engagement and driving digital transformation for leading brands including Ticketek, Woolworths, Mitsubishi Motors, Universal Sony, and many more. Most recently, Chris was the GM Marketing for Ticketek, driving a digital transformation that capitalised on Ticketek’s rich customer data, delivered cross-channel campaign orchestration and introduced AI through Ticketek’s own event recommendation engine.
