Weight Watchers Creates a Single
Customer View

Recent statistics by the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare indicate that two-thirds of the Australian population is now overweight or obese. In order to better understand their customers’ needs, Weight Watchers recently consolidated their data sources to create a Single Customer View (SCV).

By better understanding the member data already on hand, Weight Watchers was able to develop a more holistic understanding of their customers, thus enhancing the overall customer experience. This procedure allowed Weight Watchers to create new direct marketing opportunities in just six weeks.
